As our friendly face at ONE WAY Brewing, you’ll serve up pints and great vibes during your shift. Plus, we have live music from local acoustic performers every week. You don’t need to be a mixologist to join our team because we only serve craft beer and hard seltzer.
You must be customer-focused to provide customer-centric service!

What You’ll Do:

• Serve delicious craft beer with a smile

• Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Open up the taproom or relieve another bartender from their shift.

• Complete opening and closing side work as instructed (clean up after your shift).

• Learn about our craft beers on tap, make recommendations, and provide fantastic customer service to ensure everyone has a great time!

• Be responsible for serving customers. Most importantly, ask everyone for proof of age. Underage drinking is not allowed.

• Promote the brewery outside work so friends, family, and others visit while you work!

• Enthusiasm for craft beer and excellent customer service

• A fun-loving attitude and willingness to learn

• Team players who thrive in a lively environment

• Must be Massachusetts TIPS On-Premise Certified and over age 21 to work at ONE WAY Brewing.
